Services. Highway King Roadside Inc provides Semi Truck Repair, Trailer Repair, Mobile Truck Repair, Truck Breakdown Service, Truck Roadside Assistance and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Highway King Roadside Inc (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Highway King Roadside Inc may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Highway King Roadside Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highway King Roadside Inc's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Highway King Roadside Inc in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Highway King Roadside Inc from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
